Quality control

Products of State Enterprise "Zhytomyr Distillery" undergo strict quality control on every production stage. All raw materials going into production are subjected to control check-up at the production laboratory of the distillery. The laboratory also controls quality of semi-finished products and finished commodities.

The water, which is being used for alcoholic beverage drinks, undergoes repeated purification and multi-stage processing: mechanical filtration, organic dirt purification, iron removal, softening, and disinfection. Moreover, all ingredients used by "Zhytomyr Distillery" in vodka and nastoyka production, are exceptionally of natural origin. Vodka manufacturing according to the classical scheme of Russian and Ukrainian vodka preparation is concluded with filtration through quartz send and coal columns with activated charcoal. Vodka ready for bottling undergoes additional control filtration.
